A local organization is inviting the public to join in a couple of events later this week.
Family Pathways is a non-profit organization located in Butler at Monarch Place on Brugh Avenue and in recognition of National Adoption Month, they plan to host a free Bingo night on Friday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Current families as well as those interested in becoming a foster parent can receive information while learning about the training process. To register or for more information, contact Family Pathways.
Then on Saturday, at 11 a.m. Family Pathways is teaming up with the Butler Area Public Library for a special storytime highlighting foster care and adoption. No registration is required for this gathering.
