The state is easing restrictions to their policy regarding high school sports—and will allow fans in attendance.
According to the PIAA, Governor Wolf changed the guidance yesterday, saying sports will follow the gathering rule in Pennsylvania. That means, no more than 250 at an outdoor event, and 25 at an indoor event.
However, because of limited capacity, the Butler Area School District says they’re in the process of installing cameras so parents and fans will be able to live stream sporting events. They expect the streaming service to be available by September 21st.
