With this year’s Pennsylvania Farm Show concluding last weekend, the half-ton butter sculpture that was on display will not go to waste.
The From Moo to Marvel: Dairy Cows Power Pennsylvania sculpture featuring dairy cows as nature’s superheroes was dismantled and transported to a dairy farm in Juniata County.
Once there, the inedible butter was then converted into renewable energy to power the farm using a methane digester.
