A federal judge has ruled that the Trump Administration must fully fund SNAP Benefits.
This ruling comes after a federal judge said the administration must use funds allocated for SNAP benefits must be used.
The President would later say he would not fund the program until the shutdown was ended.
Now a federal judge in Rhode Island has ruled the entire program needs to be fully funded and funds need to be distributed.
