The man accused of harassing a local mayor and his family had felony charges withdrawn.
Police charged 36-year-old Todd Hogue of Boston with several felonies on October 9th for allegedly harassing Slippery Rock Mayor Jondavid Longo.
The case against Hogue has not been dismissed but previous felony charges have been. The remaining charges are all misdemeanors.
Hogue was first accused of harassing Longo over social media and publishing the mayors home address several times.
