A Fenelton man has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor in Donegal township.
Police have charged 57-year-old Gerard Slupe after it’s alleged he took a 15-year-old to a bar then brought the minor home and sexually assaulted the minor.
In November 2024, the parent of the minor reported to police that Slupe was watching pornographic movies in the home with the child, took the child to a bar, and bought alcohol for the child.
According to charging documents, the minor threw up after returning to the home and continued to drink while it’s alleged Slupe then sexually assaulted the minor while intoxicated.
Slupe has been charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and sell or furnish liquor to a minor.
He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
