Multiple fire crews have been sent to the scene of a house fire in Forward Township Thursday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 3 p.m. for a structure fire in the 1100 block of Three Degree Road.
Crews from Evans City, Penn Township, Middlesex, Callery, Adams Area, Butler Township, and Quality EMS responded to find smoke and flames coming from a two story residence with a collapsed roof.
A power line was also reportedly down in the yard. It is not believed that any people were in the residence at the time of the fire but a dog was in the basement.
The extent of damage and cause of the fire are unknown at this time.
