The first case of measles has been identified in Butler County.
According to Independence Health System, the case was in an unvaccinated patient who was seen at the FasterCare in Buffalo Township.
This is the first lab-confirmed case in the county.
The information was also relayed to the state Department of Health and contact tracing has started.
