Governor Josh Shapiro has ordered flags at half-staff following the fatal shooting of a state police trooper in Chester County.
Corporal Timothy O’Connor Jr. was shot and killed after pulling over an erratic driver in Chester County last night around 8:30 p.m.
According to police, the driver then walked out of the car and killed himself.
The order is for both United States and Commonwealth flags starting immediately.
