Just in time for Halloween, it appears that this week is setting up for great fall foliage.
The latest report from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources says Butler County is now seeing its best color of the season.
It’s taken a little longer than usual due to the warmer temperatures running into late October.
Expert leaf peepers have said the last few days of cooler temps have kicked fall foliage into high gear in the Clarion and Venango County regions.
