After an appeal to have his bond lowered former Butler School Board member Bill Halle has won his appeal.
During a bond hearing earlier this month, Halle’s attorney argued that because a previous bond violation was from a previous case a $250,000 bond was too high.
The courts agreed and lowered the bond to $20,000 on Monday.
According to court documents Halle has not yet posted that bond and still is in the Butler County Prison.
