The fourth quarter of 2020 saw a record number of firearm background checks in Pennsylvania history.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, they conducted over 420,000 background checks from October through December.
Of that total, nearly 7,500 were denied a firearm, and around 1,300 were referred to law enforcement.
