There were 51 new cases of COVID-19 for Butler County on Friday.
That is the most ever recorded in a day for the county, according to the state Department of Health.
The most recent report also comes with 349 negative test results, giving it a 12.8 percent positivity rate.
Overall the state added 2,219 positive cases, 33 additional deaths, and around 15,000 negative tests.
As of Friday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating three patients for the coronavirus, with no one in the ICU.
