The Pennsylvania Game Commission is asking for help in locating turkey flocks.
The commission does this survey on a yearly basis to help study the ongoing turkey population.
Participants are asked to note the date of the sighting, location, and the type of land. That information will then be used to possibly trap turkeys in order to be leg banded and released.
The survey runs through March 15th and is available on the Game Commission website.
