The Pennsylvania Game Commission is looking to get a better head count on wild turkeys.
Their annual summertime wild turkey sighting survey runs from July through August.
During that time, they ask anyone in the state to report the number of turkeys they see, along with the county, township, date and contact information.
Officials say the data helps the commission determine local populations and compare turkey productivity.
