A local organization is asking for community support through a fundraising effort this weekend.
The inaugural Plant Bingo event will take place Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Zelienople campus of Glade Run Lutheran Services.
For the cost of a $40 ticket, plant-lovers will be able to enjoy an afternoon of brunch, bingo, and plant trivia with a chance to win a variety of beautiful plants and premium gardening supplies. The day will also include a basket raffle, 50/50, mimosa bar, and games.
Reservations are required and more information about tickets can be found on Glade Run’s website. Proceeds from this event will benefit Glade Run Adventures therapeutic horticulture program.
