Governor Josh Shapiro is set to deliver his budget address later today.
In the midst of a re-election campaign, Shapiro is expected to talk about housing prices, energy costs, and what he calls unfinished business.
The speech comes as the budget process has been a point of contention among lawmakers. Despite a June 30th deadline, the budget was not passed until November last year.
The speech will take place in Harrisburg at 11:30 a.m. today.
