A new law will expand the medical marijuana act in Pennsylvania.
Governor Tom Wolf signed the bill earlier this week that will see some services that became customary during the pandemic now become permanent.
Medical marijuana can now be bought in 90-day supplies, opposed to just 30 days. Also, curbside service will continue at dispensaries.
Critics of the bill say that the new laws cater too much to the industry, opposed to the patient. Meanwhile, Wolf says that the original bill needed updated as the state has learned more over the last five years.
