A Valencia man has been barred from coming to an early childcare school and charged after coming during the school day to complain to administrators.
On December 8th, police were called to the Goddard School for a man who was allegedly causing a problem while children were in the school.
According to charging documents, 71-year-old James Linn was yelling profanities at administrators. It stemmed from accusations that Linn’s grandson and another juvenile were cited for disorderly conduct for shutting off the power and school building in late November during a winter storm that could have led to damages at the school.
Linn has been charged with retaliation against a witness or victim, harassment, and disorderly conduct. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
