A local facility for mental health recovery is making some temporary changes to a service that is offered to those in need of someone to talk to.
Previously, the Grapevine Center’s Warmline has been operational seven days a week from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
A recent statement from operators is that staffing shortages have resulted in a reduction to five operational days weekly.
This upcoming Sunday will mark the first day that the Warmline will not be available. This service will also be unavailable on Tuesdays.
This revised schedule will continue until new staff can be hired. The Warmline (724-431-2488) will continue to operate from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on all days except for Sundays and Tuesdays.
