The Grove City College football team have jumped into the Division III top-25 this week after their 31-24 victory over previously unbeaten Washington & Jefferson last week. Knoch graduate and Wolverines wide receiver Scott Fraser earned President’s Athletic Conference offensive player of the week honors after an eight catch 99 yard, two touchdown performance in the victory. Fraser had five of those catches and both touchdowns in the fourth quarter of the come-from-behind win. Washington & Jefferson had entered last Saturday’s game coming off four victories in which they beat opponents by an average of 43 points.
Grove City travels to Geneva Saturday afternoon.
