Former Butler School Board member Bill Halle was back in court Monday afternoon.
Halle had a preliminary hearing with Magisterial District Judge William Fullerton. After the hearing it was decided that Halle’s case will move forward to the court of common pleas. The arresting officer also participated in the hearing.
Halle will have a formal arraignment in late August.
Halle has been charged with Sexual Assault by a volunteer or employee of nonprofit, corruption of minors, criminal use of communication facility, and criminal solicitation.
