Former Butler School Board member Bill Halle will remain in the Butler County Prison for the next 60 days after violating a part of his bond condition.
Halle is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenager that worked at his Net Out Reach Center.
Part of the bond condition said that Halle was to have no contact with the victim. That was broken after Halle admitted to staying with the victim during a meeting with his probation officer. Halle also said this information in court.
Halle will spend the next 60 days in the Butler County Prison. He also had his bond amount raised to $100,000, and will be on house arrest if he’s bailed out after the 60 days.
