Five days after earning his 58th career Cup Series victory, Denny Hamlin signed a two-year contract extension to remain with Joe Gibbs Racing. The 44-year old driver doesn’t appear to be slowing down. He has a series-best four victories this season. Hamlin will be trying to complete a Nascar career sweep of what are considered the “Crown Jewel” races Sunday at the Brickyard, where he is seeking his first career win. Hamlin already owns three Daytona 500 wins, three Southern 500 wins at Darlington, and one Coca-Cola 600 win at Charlotte.
Hear Sunday’s race on WBUT beginning at 1pm.
