Just a handful of homes are without power Monday morning in Butler County following severe weather yesterday.
The National Weather Service placed the county under a severe thunderstorm warning around 1 p.m. Sunday.
However, there were just a few calls to the county’s 911 center about weather related incidents, so the damage around the area was minimal.
The National Weather Service projects showers and thunderstorms in the forecast for Monday afternoon, before a stretch of cooler weather settles in mid-week.
