An annual initiative to bring joy to cancer patients during the holiday season is once again underway.
The Hang Tough program started years ago by a group of volunteers who were looking to spread holiday cheer to cancer patients during the Christmas season.
Over the last nine years, the program has donated over 11,000 stockings to local cancer patients.
A full list of accepted donations is available on their website in addition to collection sites for the stockings.
The Butler Radio Network also serves as a collection site through November 15th, with office hours open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
