A man from Harrisburg is facing charges after punching a Butler Memorial Hospital nurse.
26-year-old Imoan Hudson of Harrisburg was on house arrest when arrived to BMH, where asked to be sent back to jail. After being told he would not be sent back Hudson became aggressive.
Hudson then came to the nursing station and claiming he was having a panic attack. While being examined by the nurse Hudson struck the nurse. Hurting her but not knocking her down.
At that point police were called to the scene and the victim was treated for minor injuries. Hudson was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple assault, and Harassment.
