The Butler high school bowling teams swept Freeport 7-0 Tuesday at Family Bowlaway.
Jordan Reges led the Butler boys with a 727 series with games of 236-245-246. Shawn Marcellus added a high game of 247 and a 639 series. The Butler girls were led by Abby Kyle with a 571 series and high game of 214. Nicole Nebel added a 537 series and high game of 195.
Butler will travel to Mars Lanes today to face Seneca Valley
Grove City’s Logan Lutz was named to the Class 5A All-State team Tuesday by the Pennsylvania Sports Writers. He is the son of SRU head football coach Shawn Lutz.
