–The Karns City girls basketball team defeated Cranberry 48-35.
–The Seneca Valley girls basketball team defeated North Allegheny 45-34.
–The Grove City boys basketball team defeated Blackhawk 73-63.
–The Union/AC Valley girls downed Clarion 60-25.
The Butler and Freeport bowling teams split matches Wednesday. The Butler boys swept the Yellow Jackets 7-0, while the Freeport girls swept Butler.
