An iconic toy store in Butler County recently celebrated a special anniversary as they have also received grant funding from a local organization.
Playthings Etc. opened its doors in 2005 and on Wednesday the owners not only celebrated 20 years of the store but 20 years of marriage for their daughter and son-in-law, who is also a store manager.
Allen and Sarah DiFrischia re-created a picture of the two walking into Playthings Etc. for the first time as husband and wife on Wednesday in celebration of the store.
Playthings Etc. also received grant funding from Experience Butler County to help expand their marking efforts to attract tourists and roadside-oddity seekers.
The 20-year celebration will continue on September 27th at the store.
