Multiple crews were called in to help rescue a horse in Slippery Rock.
Crews from Slippery Rock Fire Department were called after a horse fell on ice and could not get up.
The fire department arrived and tried to help the horse back onto its feet, but were not successful.
That’s when Errera Towing reached out and brought equipment that was able to lift the horse off the ice.
The horse was returned to the barn and is in good condition.
