Independence Health System has announced the hiring of a new Marketing and Communications officer.
Kelly Skoloda will succeed Tom Chakurda who retired after spending six years with with both Excela Health and Independence Health.
Skoloda previously worked as a partner/director of global brand marketing for the PR firm Ketchum and founded the company KS Consulting and Capital.
She graduated from the Seton Hill University and the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
