Independence Health System has received recognition for prioritizing employee wellbeing.
Health intelligence software platform Springbuk has named IHS to the 2025 list of Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America.
IHS comes in at number 50 nationally as well as first in Pennsylvania in the category of 2,000 to 6,000 employees covered under medical benefits.
The list is based on an application process that included essays as well as scoring in different categories like Foundational Components and Strategic Planning by a national, non-biased group of representatives from different communities.
