Independence Health System has received recognition for their ongoing commitment to workplace wellness.
The National Association for Business Resources recently honored IHS through the 2025 Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness Program.
This is the 9th consecutive year the organization has achieved this designation through a collaboration of the Human Resources Department and the Well-Being Center. Candidates are surveyed in areas such as organizational culture, workplace environment, employee feedback, financial well-being, leadership commitment, and support for physical and mental health.
Independence Health System, which includes Butler Memorial Hospital as well as locations in Clarion, Frick, Latrobe, and Westmoreland is one of 51 organizations across various industries to be chosen.
