Independence Health System is improving imaging capabilities using new technology at their Seven Fields facility.
After beginning renovations in February, a ribbon cutting was recently held to mark the completion of the project.
Some of the updates include the installation of two advanced imaging systems from Canon Medical which provide clearer, more precise diagnostic images and improve patient comfort with features that include a quieter, more open scanning experience. In addition, IHS expanded pelvic health therapy and lactation services at Seven Fields.
Also included in the renovations are new flooring, lighting, refurbished waiting and dressing rooms, updated restrooms, and improvements to the on-site laboratory.
