Police have released more information about a couple of deaths that occurred in the City of Butler last week.
According to Butler City police, the investigation into the deaths of two people in the 100 block of Cottage Hill Avenue on May 28th has been completed.
66-year-old Beth Broeren of Butler has been identified as the victim of a homicide. 66-year-old Alfredo Diaz, also of Butler, was found to have been the assailant before killing himself.
Next of kin have been notified and detectives have closed their investigation with a determination of homicide followed by suicide.
