Police are continuing their investigation after responding to a car fire and finding a body inside.
Crews were called to DuBrook Concrete in Evans City Friday around 4:30 p.m. for a vehicle on fire.
When police and fire crews got on scene, the car was on fire near a gravel pit.
The fire was quickly put out, but that’s when first responders found “apparent human remains” inside the car.
They say no foul play is suspected at this time and the case remains open.
