The J.C. Penney store in the Clearview Mall is among 154 Penney locations nationwide that will close this summer, according to an announcement from the company yesterday.
Also scheduled for closure are J C Penney stores at Monroeville Mall, Beaver Valley Mall, and Pittsburgh Mills.
The parent company filed for bankruptcy protection last month.
