A group of students from Mars and Pine Richland recently honored veterans for their service with a flag presentation.
Members of the JROTC performed a flag folding ceremony earlier this month at the Beulah Presbyterian Church in Churchill.
After the folding, the flag was then presented to 102-year-old Julia Parsons, who served as a code breaker in the U.S. Naval Reserve during World War II.
Parsons worked on breaking the code for the German Enigma machine.
