A judge in Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court has ordered the state not to certify the remaining of the fall election following a lawsuit from Congressman Mike Kelly.
The lawsuit Kelly filed along with others including Congressional candidate Sean Parnell seeks to have mail-in ballots deemed unconstitutional.
Now, the state officially certified the results of the election this week. The judge in the case states that the certification isn’t impacted by this order, but state can’t act “to the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results.”
