If you saw rumors on Facebook that a Chick-fil-A is coming to Butler—they were just that, rumors.
Our newsroom spoke with Butler Township Zoning Officer Jesse Hines who said he has never had a conversation about Chick-fil-A building a location in the Butler Commons Plaza.
Rumors began circulating after a Facebook page called “Chick-fil-A Butler” started Monday. It mentioned the location was going to be at the former Mikan dealership.
There will be restaurants coming into that area—a Chipotle and Dairy Queen are expected to be constructed in the coming months.
