Motorists in Butler and Summit Townships should be aware of the next phase of a construction project on a busy road.
According to PennDOT, a lane restriction is now in place on Route 68/East Jefferson Street as part of the Karns Crossing Bridge Project.
The single lane traffic restriction with flaggers stretches from Eau Claire Street to Route 38/Oneida Valley Road and will allow for crews to start excavation work for a temporary roadway.
The closure will be in effect on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. until August 15th.
