Congressman Mike Kelly is running for re-election.
The Republican from Butler announced his bid to seek office for a ninth term in 2026.
Kelly represents the 16th District, which includes all of Butler County and much of the northwest corridor of Pennsylvania.
Kelly credits President Donald Trump and the house of representatives controlled by Republican for America’s prosperous economy, secure boarders, and now thriving energy industry. He credits those reasons as why he’s seeking another term to represent the people of Western Pennsylvania.
Kelly first ran for office in 2010, defeating incumbent Kathy Dahlkemper.
