Congressman Mike Kelly has come out in support of President Donald Trump’s invasion and capture in Venezuela.
After President Trump captured Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro Kelly released a statement saying he had been calling for action for years.
“For years, I’ve sounded the alarm about foreign intervention against the United States throughout the Western Hemisphere. This includes illegal drug trafficking into our country. Today’s tactical military operation in Venezuela is the Trump Doctrine in action,” said Kelly.
Maduro is expected to appear in a federal court room today in New York.
