A Kittanning man accused of strangling and assaulting multiple women in Armstrong County is out on bond.
Our news partners at WPXI report that Zachary Baum was released on bond for just $1. Baum had been in prison for the last 10 months.
Legal experts say that he was granted bond because everyone has the right to a speedy trial. Baum will now be on house arrest and is not allowed to use social media.
The Attorney General office is prosecuting the case due to scheduling conflicts with the Armstrong District Attorney.
