Knoch opens basketball season with a win in the Armstrong Tournament

Junior Julian Sanks scored 26 points, including 6 three-pointers, to lead the Knoch Knights as they defeated the Blackhawk Cougars 58-38 Friday afternoon.  The Knights had the lead over the Cougars at the half 23-10. They will play in the championship game at 7:30 pm Saturday against the winner of the Armstrong-Deer Lakes game tonight. Blackhawk will play the loser at 3:30 pm Saturday afternoon.
