A man is in custody after he was walking around to homes in the area offering to paint their houses.
The incident happened Monday morning around 8 a.m.
Police say Troy Eby of Lancaster County was allegedly going around the 700 block of Route 422 East in Summit Township asking people if they wanted their houses painted.
Suspicious neighbors then called police who found Eby. They discovered he had an outstanding warrant in Lancaster County and was arrested.
He was taken to the Butler County Prison.
