A lawsuit has been filed against two Mars residents by a South Carolina man who claims the pair were responsible for a conspiracy that resulted in the wrongful death of his father.
According to Joshua Olson’s attorney Al Lindsay, Donald Miller of Corapolis died on March 12th of last year following a confrontation at the home of Jake Reges in Mars.
The lawsuit further alleges that Miller’s wife Margaret was having an affair with Reges and the pair lured Miller to Mars where he was strangled by Reges, a man significantly younger than him and trained in martial arts.
Margaret allegedly had a financial interest in her marriage ending with the death of Miller rather than divorce so she has been accused of failing to intervene in the conflict and delaying a 911 call.
