State health officials are encouraging healthcare workers who aren’t affiliated with a hospital to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
Dr. Rachel Levine says that group is in Phase 1A of the state’s vaccine rollout plan. A map is available on the Department of Health’s website that includes locations where vaccinations are available for those workers.
“Each vaccine provider is listed now, and we have indicated whether or not they currently have vaccine, and of course the contact information for you to register to get vaccinated,” Levine said.
Levine strongly urges all healthcare workers to get the vaccine.
