A local organization is celebrating a special milestone with an event this weekend.
The Butler Lions Club will mark their 100th anniversary with a Luau style celebration on Saturday at the Tanglewood Senior Center in Lyndora.
The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. with dinner taking place at 6.
The Butler Lions Club began in 1923 and anyone interested in joining the club is welcome to attend membership meetings held the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
